We took a German Dunkel (Dark) weizen (Wheat) and added some Belgian Candi sugar to add some more bang! It was also dry hopped with Bavaria Mandarina.
There's a lot going on in this beer. All ingredients are showcased in this one. A smooth full caramel maltiness, a tropical fruit flavour and aroma from the hops and spicy clove flavour from the Hefeweizen yeast.
